What if the product/item I want is sold out?

We produce everything in-house in Singapore. So do reach out to us on our contact form below and we can share more with you if we are planning to restock the items any time soon.

OFFCUT: Our products are made in limited quantities and may sell out fast. Restocking may take some time, as OFFCUT products are produced only when there is available waste material.

ALL-BOOK-S: Our books come in limited stock, and once they're sold out, it's unlikely they'll return. However, we maintain strong relationships with the authors and can explore the possibility of restocking.

Can I change my order after its confirmation?

Sorry, we aren't able to make any changes to an order once it's been placed.

Will I receive order confirmation?

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email shortly. Please ensure to check your Junk/Spam folder. If you don't receive the confirmation email, please reach out to us via the Contact Form below.

Delivery & Returns
What is the estimated time of delivery?

We will take 1-2 business days to process your order, so you may expect a shipping confirmation email within that time frame. Please ensure to check your Junk/Spam folder. After your order has been processed, it will then be sent out for delivery:

  • Singapore: 3-5 Business Days
  • Overseas: 4-22 days (depends on selected courier)
How much is the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on purchase orders of over 100 SGD in Singapore.

International shipping rates depend on your location, package size, and chosen delivery speed. Typically, international orders take 4 to 22 days to arrive, depending on your selected courier. For a more accurate estimate, you can choose your courier during checkout.

Do you ship to my country?

At this stage we ship actively within Singapore.

Do you offer refunds?

All orders are final and non-refundable, except in cases of defects or incorrect items received.
